Our upper leather is cut from the best section of hide before being shaped on the customers personal last.
A lightweight quality lining is sewn inside each show in order to absorb excess foot moisture and prevent damage to the upper leather.
A traditional welt is used to seperate the upper leather from the outer sole before stitching.
A layer of cork is added to provide extra flexibility and shock absorption when walking.
A shank reinforcement is also used to help the shoe naturally bend in line with the foot.
The outer sole is delicately hand stiched to allow easy repair and replacement when worn.
We create digital lasts for all customers using the latest laser technology.
The laser speedily and accurately takes all the measurements needed to perfectly cut the leather for each foot profile.
Specialist software highlights styles in our range most suitable for individual customers whilst filtering out the incompatible with the measurements.
The information is transmitted via the internet to our office where it is stored for use with each order placed by that customer.
